The Six Boxes^TM Specialized Applications Workshop

Some of our clients and colleagues have used The Six Boxes in remarkably innovative and powerful ways that we had not previously thought of ourselves. For example, one long-time colleague led part of his organization’s post-merger process by using The Six Boxes as a way to analyze similarities and differences between departments and functional groups in the two organizations and to reconcile or synchronize their operations going forward. Another used The Six Boxes to plan for an industry trade show booth and marketing program.

We’ve worked with individuals and groups to apply Six Boxes thinking to a variety of unique and interesting projects, and are always finding new ways to use the model.
