Open Virtual Performance Thinking® Practitioner Program

This virtual instructor-lead program gives you a foundation for optimizing performance of individuals and processes, doing change management, developing talent, and strengthening organizational culture.

The program is delivered via Zoom web conference sessions, with 2-hour segments scheduled 2 sessions per week. We record the sessions in case you have to miss one or two, but we encourage you to attend all live sessions if possible.
The fee for enrollment is $3200 per person, which includes 24 hours of instruction plus participation in five 2-hour small group project coaching sessions scheduled according to the pace of participants’ projects. Certification as a Performance Thinking® Practitioner involves completion of a performance improvement project, coached by the Program Facilitator.

Join a Lifetime Community of Practice
Those who complete their certification projects are invited to participate in monthly online Community of Practice meetings where they can bring challenges and issues, ask questions, share insights, learn from others, and continue to develop their Performance Thinking and consulting skills.
