We want to help build continuous performance improvement into organizations by propagating this simple yet powerful model for "performance thinking."

Our goal is to make Six Boxes tools and thinking easy to implement as cost-effectively as possible, with immediate impact from day one. We’ve priced Six Boxes Workshops^TM within the budget approval limits of most managers in medium-sized and large organizations.

We offer Six Boxes Workshops for every type of audience or role within the organization and for a broad range of valuable applications. And we can tailor our workshops to meet your exact needs.

Cost-effective One-Day Workshops

We offer two types of one-day Introductory Workshops:

User Workshops: designed for people in specific organizational roles, functions or job titles (e.g., Vice Presidents, Department Managers, Supervisors) with exercises and applications focused on their particular needs. We also offer User Workshops for one individual in a particular role plus the people that he or she manages (e.g., the VP of Marketing with her team).

Application Workshops: teaching specific applications such as Organizational Alignment, Best Practices Documentation, Needs Analysis, Implementation Planning, or Management Development. These workshops allow a team to rapidly learn a single application of The Six Boxes to produce a particular set of deliverables or outcomes, or kick off an important project.

Pricing for one-day workshops is $7,800 for groups up to 16, plus $199 per person for additional participants up to a total of 30. This package includes up to an hour of telephone interviews for customizing each workshop to your needs. Invoice will add expenses for travel, lodging, and incidentals incurred by the workshop facilitator, and possible customization fees if you desire significant changes to our workshop templates or content beyond the standard tailoring.

Please note: pricing is for delivery of the workshops in the U.S. Due to increased costs for preparation and travel, prices may by higher outsite of the U.S. Please contact us for a quote on a workshop to be presented internationally.

Jump Start Work Sessions

Following a one-day User Workshop or Application Workshop, you can economically add a second day of consultant-supported work time for the entire team. Use a Jump Start Work Session to complete work on one or more important projects, initiatives, or activities. We will design each Jump Start Work Session to meet your exact needs, and can even adjust the Jump Start Work Session plan based on actual results of the one-day Six Boxes Workshop that precedes it.

Pricing for Jump Start Work Sessions (on the day following an Introductory Workshop) is $4,000 for up to 16, plus $139 for each additional participant up to a total of 30.
