We've assembled a suite of Six Boxes® Programs to introduce and establish performance thinking and its applications for multiple audiences, to increasing levels of depth and with measured degrees of impact on organizations. Taken together, this suite of programs is capable of establishing a performance-focused culture across the entire enterprise, and of engendering a growing community of practice around the world. In addition to these standard offerings, we can work with you to design unique programs tailored to specific audiences and organizational needs, licensing our materials and intellectual property to meet your requirements. Introduction to Performance Thinking The Introduction to Performanc Thinking workshop lays the foundation for anyone to be involved in a culture of performance thinking, and serves as a first step for those who plan to develop technical expertise in application, coaching, or leadership with The Six Boxes Approach. This one-day workshop for groups from 12 to 200 introduces the visual models and logic of The Six Boxes Approach, presents a range of applications, and establishes a baseline of understanding and terminology. It provides opportunities for discussion about how participants might apply The Six Boxes Approach in their jobs, new insights about the potential for organizational performance improvement, and ample time for questions and answers. The Basic Six Boxes Program is relevant for virtually anyone in your organization. Completion of the one-day program does not ensure technically proficient application of The Six Boxes Approach and tool set. However, most participants find themselves able to improve how they are leading or managing people, planning for performance, implementing new programs or initiatives, or supporting training and development. While they do not achieve technical mastery, they gain the concepts and language of performance thinking for changing behavior to accelerate results at any level in any organization, or in their personal lives. Pricing and Discount for Large Groups The Six Boxes® Application Program Those who participate in the Basic Six Boxes Workshop are motivated and ready to learn how to apply this approach to their own specific projects or functions. The purpose of the Six Boxes Application Program is to provide technical expertise and practice in analysis and design for performance, information about relevant behavior influences, the logic of the Six Boxes Approach, and systematic use of Six Boxes tools along with practical fact-finding methods and techniques.
Pricing and Discount
In addition to gaining technical expertise and fluent performance thinking, developing Six Boxes Champions work over the course of 6-12 months to embed the language and logic of The Six Boxes Approach into your organization's methods, processes, procedures, and tools. These may include HR and HRD applications, process improvement or organizational excellence, change management, leadership and management development, or other areas where The Six Boxes Approach can add value. Those who complete this program are likely candidates to become Certified Six Boxes Coaches (see below). They will also become advanced participants in the emerging community of practice that will be supported online and through periodic webinars and resources made available for people in this technical leadership role.
Program Delivery
Meeting approximately every 2 weeks by web conference, the group works on assignments, receives feedback and recommendations, and gains experience in their own projects or initiatives. They also create or revise tools, processes, methods, and internal documentation to enable more people in the organization to apply The Six Boxes Approach.
Pricing Six Boxes® Certification Programs A Six Boxes Coach is able to - competently use the tools and logic of the Six Boxes Approach The Certified Six Boxes® Workshop Facilitator Program Once a person demonstrates the ability to coach other people in application of The Six Boxes Approach, they are eligible to become certified workshop facilitators. In companies that decide to license and deliver The Basic Six Boxes Workshop to large numbers of people, or who work with us to develop and license customized Six Boxes Application Workshops for specific audiences or applications, developing one or more certified Six Boxes Workshop facilitators can be a cost-effective investment. This program involves co-facilitation of Six Boxes Workhops with a Master Six Boxes Workshop Facilitator and achieving criterion performance specified by a list of key behaviors and outputs. Certified Six Boxes Workshop Facilitators will have access to updated materials and to a community of practice devoted to Six Boxes coaching and workshop facilitation. The Executive Performance Thinking Program is intended for senior executive leaders who wish to drive development of a performance-focused culture, founded on The Six Boxes Approach, from the top.
This is a highly customized program, configured to meet the specific needs of a particular executive and his or her team of direct reports, or a cluster of executive leaders working together to drive organizational transformation. The primary means of delivery are small in-person meetings for initial learning plus web/telephone/video conferences for ongoing planning and coaching.
The objectives of this program include that the Senior Executive leader will: - Learn the concepts, language and logic of the Performance Chain, the Six Boxes Model, and the overall Six Boxes Approach.
- Confidently speak with peers and direct reports using the language, concepts, and visual models of The Six Boxes Approach to engage them in performance thinking. - Use the logic and tools of the Six Boxes Approach to gain consensus and alignment and to plan with team members about implementing and measuring the impact of new initiatives, strategies, programs, systems, or product launches.
- Make decisions about how to invest in organizational performance using the elements of The Six Boxes Approach.
- Decide on where in the organization to introduce The Six Boxes Approach for greatest impact, to solve problems or address opportunities, and to plan for and direct others in the organization to implement Six Boxes programs, tools, and performance thinking.
With the growth of Six Boxes Advocates in executive leadership roles, we plan to create an online resource and gathering-place for those seeking to drive performance thinking in their organizations from the top, along with periodic webinars and other forums for sharing and exchange of information. |
