We’ll spend a day helping the team responsible in your organization for developing and supporting managers, supervisors, coaches, or mentors to build The Six Boxes into your management/supervisory development programs and processes.

The Six Boxes Manager or Supervisor Development Workshop shows participants how to:

Define management or supervisory functions with clear descriptions of the accomplishments for which they are responsible and the behavior required for producing those accomplishments.
Identify formal and informal management or supervisory processes and practices that exist in your organization.
Determine the key points in management or supervisory processes and practices where The Six Boxes can have the most positive effect.
Design tools, resources, and learning experiences to develop Six Boxes performance management in your people.
Use The Six Boxes as a core element of new manager or supervisor development, providing an overall model for management, tools, and guidelines to help them rapidly achieve effectiveness in performance management.

Using the Workshop to begin a Development Project: If you select The Six Boxes Manager or Supervisor Development Workshop because you want to create or improve specific development programs for your managers or supervisors, consider adding a second-day Jump Start Work Session following the Application Workshop. We will use the Jump Start Work Session to help you begin the performance design process for more effective manager or supervisor development in your organization.
