If either an external consultant or a company employee wants certification to deliver Six Boxes Workshops, we will work with them on two or three implementations in which we co-facilitate workshops, turning more and more responsibility over to them in the process.

Once we are mutually confident that the facilitator is fully capable of delivering Six Boxes Workshops, we offer materials for a per participant licensing fee and periodic review of facilitators’ workshop performance.

One of the great advantages of the Six Boxes Model is that it provides a framework for including what a professional already knows about performance, along with a system for expanding and better integrating new knowledge and experiences. For that reason, we are confident that new facilitators will be able to use our materials and advice to deliver top quality workshops in a very short time.

We enter into licensing agreements with third party consultants or client organizations that allow the purchase of workshop materials, with optional technical support, and the right to use the materials in workshops facilitated by certified workshop facilitators.
