Six Boxes^TM Application Workshops Overview

Each Six Boxes Application Workshop is designed to teach participants how to use The Six Boxes for a particular purpose to produce specific outcomes or deliverables.

Application Workshops are one-day experiences in which participants receive an overview of The Six Boxes Model in the morning and spend the afternoon learning to use tools, templates, and processes for particular applications. Adding a second-day Jump Start Work Session to an Application Workshop can afford time for teams to begin serious work, with consulting support, on one or more specific projects.

With or without prior exposure to The Six Boxes: When an Application Workshop is a first introduction to The Six Boxes for a group of participants, the morning of that workshop will be devoted to an overview of the Six Boxes. When the group has participated in a previous Six Boxes User or Application Workshop, both morning and afternoon sessions focus on the application guidelines, processes, tools, and examples.
