Six Boxes Certification Accelerator

We certify colleagues to coach others using the Six Boxes Approach (either performance professionals or managers and leaders) and to deliver our workshops. Depending on who attends, we will tailor a high-paced series of tutorials and application exercises to ramp you up to complete certification requirements following the Institute. This will be a small, selective gathering of highly motivated colleagues.  These days will include both day and evening sessions, to be determined based on interests and needs of attendees.  Learn more

Optional Environmental Programs

There will be opportunities each day to experience some part of the amazing 255-acre environmental education facility in which we’ll be staying. We will allow time in the program to enjoy the outdoors, take a docent-led nature walk, climb the tower to the top of the canopy, or learn about the sustainable architecture and design. How about the sustainable eating part?

Program Facilitators

The Summer Institute will be facilitated by Dr. Carl Binder and Cynthia Riha, co-founders of The Performance Thinking Network, assisted by invited guests. Their energetic instruction, leadership and coaching will give you plenty to do and a lot to take home. Experienced users from client companies will also be on hand to share their experiences.
