Performance Thinking® for HR Business Partners
Enable Your HR Business Partners to be
Agents of Continuous Performance Improvement
Prior to COVID we engaged two clients in a Performance Analysis of HR Business Partners. With our Performance Thinking® programs and applications, we were certain that HRBPs could provide even more value to their executive clients by applying our accomplishment-based methodology, which is both powerful and flexible. We've helped thousands of Learning and Development, Process Improvement, Organizational Development professionals become Performance Consultants, able to take a systematic approach to optimizing performance for individuals, teams, and processes. We've taught leaders and managers to coach their people for performance, and how to build a culture of continuous performance improvement. We've shown how they can all work together to drive agile talent development. And we've created a new tool set for Executive Coaches to help their clients assess and maximize the impact of their contributions.
But HR Business Partners do not usually lead and manage big projects of the scope that many performance professionals do. And they do not directly manage and lead others. So we built a modular program that can be adapted to the needs of your organization that introduces and provides practice in accomplishment-based performance improvement in specific applications and interventions that HR Business Partners normally undertake. Those include bringing a performance-focused perspective and tool set to:
- New and Existing Role Descriptions
- Employee Engagement Plans for Continuous Improvement
- On-boarding and Succession Planning
- Executive Coaching
- Performance Measurement for Individuals, Teams and Processes
- Improving Working Relationships
- Improving Performance in Processes
- Implementation Planning and Change Management
- Making Strategic Plans Easier to Execute
- and more...
