Performance Thinking® Leadership Institute

Coming in 2022

With increasing implementation of our Coaching and Leadership programs , development of Performance Thinking® Executive Coaching, and our HR Business Partner program, The Performance Thinking Network offers a growing number of  insights, tools and processes for broadening and deepening the perspective and capabilities of senior leaders.  We  offer unique tools and and relatively simple methods for continuously improving Employee Engagement, implementing Agile Talent Development, Executing Strategy , Succession Planning, and other key functions and processes that enable leaders to drive business results.

We are planning to launch our first Performance Thinking® Leadership Institute some time in 2022. We'll host it at a facility in the Seattle area uniquely suited to the kind of exclusive executive retreat and development sessions that we're planning. We will invite  senior leaders and those responsible for supporting them, including Senior HR Business Partners. We anticipate the same level of collective insight, engagement, and practical application as we have been generating at our annual Performance Thinking® Summer Institutes for 12 years –  focused on development of executive leaders.
