Getting executive leaders involved in Six Boxes Performance Thinking Banner Image

EXECUTIVE OVerview & Program Introduction

No matter where we enter your organization, at whatever level, the potential for positive organization-wide impact is significant. For this reason, we encourage our clients to involve executive leaders in the alignment and communication process when beginning a Six Boxes initiative or program.

In many of our client organizations, it has been executive vision and a commitment to getting the best out of people that have driven change.

Senior leadership must be informed and on board when you adopt Performance Thinking programs as a strategic intervention to drive continuous performance improvement. We’re always happy to provide webinars or in-person presentations to senior leaders, summarizing the background and rationale for our approach, describing the programs we will be introducing, and engaging leaders in understanding and participation in the roll-out. We strongly encourage having one or more senior leaders in a pilot group, to directly experience and evaluate the program for themselves.

Beyond 60-90 minute sessions, which we are happy to provide via webinar free of charge, we can also offer more in-depth presentations or seminars for leaders, depending on your needs and budget.

In addition to such introductory presentations, we also suggest you check out our new and growing YouTube channel at www.SixBoxes.tv (open in a separate window). There you will find brief video bites and recorded presentations about our approach. For more detailed material, go to our Resource Library (link to white papers page) for white papers and publications about a variety of areas of impact and types of applications.
