Public Six Boxes Practitioner Program Nov. 7-9 – Only a few seats left!

It's late notice, but we've had a few spaces open up in our public Six Boxes Practitioner Program being held next month in Seattle. This is one of the very few opportunities we provide for individuals to come learn the Six Boxes® Approach outside of an organizational setting. This 3-day course (plus coaching) will get you started using the tools and process to execute on your specific performance improvement projects. Designed specifically for performance professionals (HR, OD, training, process improvement, etc.) who work on performance improvement and change management projects, the program gets you started and coaches you through your own projects.

Nov. 7   Introduction to Performance Thinking
An introduction to the models and logic of the Six Boxes Approach, this day lays a foundation for performance thinking, and explores its implication for organization-wide performance improvement. The workshop is open to everyone and does not require that you participate in the subsequent 2 days.

Nov. 8-9   Six Boxes Practitioner Program
This 2-day workshop will walk you through Performance Improvement Logic, and enable you to draft a plan for your own application project. We follow up with 4 small group coaching sessions that guide you through your initial project and help you get the most from what you've learned.
